Do you eat when you're bored, stressed or unhappy?
Eating Mindfully is a program designed to help you start breaking the habit of eating when you're stressed, bored, or just not happy. The class begins Sept. 16th and occurs on Tuesdays from 3:30pm-5:00pm. Contact Beth Shoyer at shoyerb@health.missouri.edu for more information.

The SHC has a brand new scheduling system that will help students get appointments sooner and eliminate long lines and wait times. The key is to CALL FIRST. Students who call ahead will receive an appointment the same or following day. Click HERE to learn more.
